Motor vehicles

The Society has a small number of M&MTB buses to highlight the replacement of cable (and some electric) tram lines between the 1920s and 1962 by motor omnibuses.

In addition, the Society has preserved the ex-Ballarat Tramways road roller, together with a M&MTB Bedford tower truck as examples of machinery used for maintenance of tramways using traditional methods.

The Society also has a small number of commercial vehicles used in conjunction with the operating tramway.
