Launch of ‘Members only’ website area

We have just launched a ‘members only’ area for our website that will contain content for exclusive access by our members. This area will require use of a login and password which will be available to financial members on request via e-mail. It can be accessed by using the ‘Members’ link on the top of every page in the website.

Initially the website will contain the manuals for our Safety Management System, so that members will be able to get quick access to this material and easily be able to keep up to date with changes. The manuals will be posted in pdf format, so will require Acrobat Reader to be installed on your PC to read these manuals. Unfortunately for some, we will not be posting a copy of the Staff Assessment Manual, which contains all the questions and answers for the Driver and Conductor theory examinations.

Other materials to be posted in the website include copies of our newsletter Running Journal, traffic rosters and notices, together with other documents such as our constitution. If you have any ideas for material that should be included in the ‘members only’ section, please let us know.

One of the conditions of use of the ‘members only’ part of the website is that you will not divulge the login and password details to any other person. Non-financial members will lose access to the members only area if they do not renew their membership. If you are not a member and wish to gain the benefits of membership including access to the members only section of the website, you can join the TMSV by submitting a completed membership application form.
